Spray your cake pan with cooking spray. Then in a large bowl, cream the brown sugar, white granulated sugar, and butter. Beat until the sugars are fluffy.1
Fold in the oil and pumpkin. Scrape the sides down, so the mixture is well combined.2
Then add the eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well.3
Then in another bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.4
Then fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Divide the cake batter into two pans (the size will be determined by the size of your air fryer).5
