Ingredients• All-Purpose Flour • Baking Powder • Baking Soda • Sugar • Vegetable Oil
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices to a large mixing bowl, and mix well.
Then, add your granulated white sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil to another bowl, and mix well. Fold in the pumpkin puree and the eggs, and mix well.
Slowly fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Mix until the flour mixture has been absorbed into the wet mixture.
Spray your whoopie pie pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill the cavity about 2/3 the way complete.
Set the pan into the air fryer at 320 degrees F for 15–18 minutes (air fryer setting).
