INGREDIENTS– 2 cups chicken broth – 1 cup pastina – 2 tbsp. unsalted butter – ½ cup milk – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese – 1 egg – salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS1. Add pastina and broth to pot. Boil, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes. 2. Add rest of ingredients. Stir well and cook 4-5 mins on low heat.
