Easy Baked Salmon In 15 Minutes!
This salmon salad recipe makes a great main dish salad with roasted salmon, vegetables, and easy herb dressing.
Ingredients: salmon green cabbage red cabbage onion carrots tomatoes lemon juice salt and pepper soy sauce basil oregano maple syrup dijon mustard
Mix together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Rub the salmon (both sides) with salt and pepper and coat in the marinade.
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes. Whsik salad dressing ingredients.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
You can also meal prep this few days before.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetables, pour in the dressing, and toss until fully combined.
Pour in the salad dressing and distribute between individual serving bowls and place the roasted salmon on top. Enjoy!
